In the Glendale district article, Hoover High School decided to Monitor the students online activities to look for bullying. The school was justified. They found out there was a lot of cyber bullying going on. They wanted to find out who was doing it so they could try and stop it. The article says,"Two students committed suicide last year." They say a 12 year old girl was suffering from cyber bullying and jumped to her death.
Some online activities were monitored, but still people choose to bully people online. Cresenta High School isn't the only High School that has this going on. I'm sure that San Ramon, unfortunately, has people that cyber bully. Social media is not a very safe place sometimes. I understand that our school is able to monitor our online activities, but I don't know if i would like that.
